We offer more than 35 adult classes in a wide variety of movement instruction, including belly dancing, pilates, tap, afro-modern, ballet, jazz, modern, modern jazz and hip-hop. Our instructors are widely regarded as some of the best in the city.

A Middle Eastern dance in which the dancer makes sensuous movements of the hips and abdomen. Proper attire is a skirt or scarf wrapped around the hips and bare feet. It is not required to show your midriff.
Pilates is a system of mind-body exercises evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Pilates transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. It also improves flexibility and can even help alleviate back pain. Pilates is one of the safest workouts you can do.
