Cheryl Francaviglia

Cheryl Francaviglia

Cheryl Francaviglia began training at Standing Ovation School of Dance where she attended national dance conventions and competitions studying under choreographers such as Joe Tremaine, Sheila Barker, Joe Lanteri, Wade Robson, and Tyce Diorio. She graduated from Rowan University with a BFA in Education and Child Drama, along with a Dance Concentration. During her time at Rowan, she was Captain of the RU Dance Team, performer for Rowan’s Dance Company, and in 2009 Cheryl was awarded the Dr. Joseph Robinette Theatre and Dance Medallion. She continued her dance training performing with Reading Phillies Dance Team and studying at the Koresh School of Dance. She has taught and choreographed for various studios, where she is continually recognized and awarded for her entertaining choreography. Cheryl is currently a first grade school teacher and participates in dance projects throughout the area such as Fringe Arts and Koresh Artist Showcase Series.

Joanna Eyre

 

Joanna Eyre

Raised in Glenside, PA, and coming from a family with roots in Musical Theater, Joanna began dancing at age two at Metropolitan Ballet Academy where she trained in Ballet at the highly acclaimed Metropolitan Ballet. There, she studied under Lisa Collins Vidnovic, Caroline Broullan, Denise D’Angelo, Natalya Zeiger, and Eva Szabo. During her time at Metropolitan, Joanna performed in many productions including Pennsylvania Ballet’s production of The Nutcracker, Act II of Swan Lake, and Jennifer Sommers’s Lily’s Purple Plastic Purse. She has attended summer intensives at Metropolitan Ballet, Swarthmore Ballet, Koresh Dance Company, and Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company. Joanna has toured as a member of George Mason Independent in 2019, achieving a World Championship title at the Winter Guard International World Championships, and with Drum Corps International World Finalist Carolina Crown. After touring, Joanna attended University of The Arts as a Dance Major. After one year at UArts, she left to train at the Koresh School of Dance under Roni Koresh and Melissa Rector. Joanna currently performs with Jim Bunting Dance Company and Melissa Rector Dance Works.
