Beginner Heels with Rylee Locker

MOndays 7:30-9:00pm

Beginner Heels offers the opportunity to slow it down, embrace your sexuality and sensuality, and build the technique needed to dance safely in heels. We will be unpacking how our femininity can support us in our movement and be used to empower us. Use this class as a way to fall in love with yourself! Heels are not required, knee pads are recommended.
