beg./int. ballet with Jess

tuesday 7:30-9:00pm

Class Description coming soon…

Beginner: This class is friendly to novice dancers or students who have not danced for many years. We will continue to emphasize proper posture, muscle development, flexibility, musicality, and grace of movement through beginner level combinations. Students are expected to know basic dance vocabulary and have a desire to improve their strength and technique.

Intermediate: Dancers with previous training will enjoy the transition into an intermediate level class. Students will progress at a quick yet comfortable pace while increasing strength and flexibility. Movement combinations are layered with multiple steps to refine and advance your dance technique on a pre-professional level.

Philadelphia native Jessica Daley began her training at Jason Douglas Dance, continued at The Rock School, and later Alvin Ailey School training under Troy Powell. In 2001, she joined the 76ers Dance Team and in 2002, she performed with Eleone Dance Theater. Jessica joined Koresh Dance Company in 2004 and danced as a principle member under the direction of Roni Koresh. Currently, Jess performs, choreographs, and guest teaches throughout the Philadelphia and New York area.
